Manchester Cycling Academy CIC

Manchester Cycling Academy CIC has a mission to get more people on bikes, more often.

This is a really exciting time for people who ride bikes and since our launch a couple of years ago, Manchester Cycling Academy has gone from strength to strength.

We initially launched the Academy with the single objective of running the BTEC course, but thanks to the incredible kindness and input from riders, parents and supporters, we have had many more opportunities offered to us.

So to build on our initial success, we have formed a Community Interest Company (CIC) to work alongside Manchester Cycling Academy.

Manchester Cycling Academy CIC is a non-profit Community Interest Company, delivering directly to those most in need. All of our financial surplus is reinvested into activities to help us achieve our objectives.

Based at The Boiler House, a repurposed district power station in the heart of Moss Side, Manchester, we deliver grass roots activities with local partners to enhance the cycling community in the Manchester Region.

Working alongside Manchester Cycling Academy and parent company, ABC Sports Learning Ltd, who run the education programmes, we have two initial focus areas: cycling education and coaching and will be announcing more exciting activities during 2024.
