Lock & Ride Commuter Service

Your bike gets fixed while you work.

Lock it. Leave it. Ride it.

We collect your bike from your workplace, carry out a full service in our workshop, and return it ready to ride, securely locked and waiting exactly where you left it.

How it works

1. Book your slot in this week’s collection and pay your deposit

2. Lock your bike in the designated area using your Lock & Ride code which we send you

3. We collect your bike and assess in our workshop

4. We carry out a full service (and confirm any additional work with you)

5. We send you a payment link minus your deposit of £25

6. Your bike is returned and locked securely for you to collect

• Collection: Wednesdays (08:30–10:00)

• Return: Wednesdays (08:30–10:00)

Booking deadline: Wednesday 8:00AM. Limited slots available each week.

Secure & managed

Our Lock & Ride system allows you to leave and collect your bike at your convenience, with no need to be present during collection or return.
